Allen Patterson, President
Allen is the president and owner of Allen Patterson Residential. He is a
licensed residential builder, a Master Builder of South Carolina and Certified
Graduate
Builder of the National Association of Home Builders. He works directly with
the homeowner during the all phases of the planning and building process.
Rod Allgire, Project Superintendent
Rod, a former Marine, has 26 years of construction management experience
and an integral part of the Allen Patterson Residential team for the past
three
years. Rod coordinates trade contractors, vendors, and employees along
with homeowner desire to produce a quality home on schedule and within
budget.
Carl Holm, Project Superintendent
Carl is a retired Sergeant Major in Marine Corps. He specializes in home
remodels, is a master electrician and brings 18 years of experience to
the job. Carl’s
discipline provides exceptional quality control for his projects. Carl has
worked with Allen Patterson Residential for one year.
Bob Kemp, Estimator
Bob joined Allen Patterson Residential one year ago. Previously, Bob
owned and managed his own construction company for 19 years. Bob’s attention
to detail ensures that every aspect of your house plan is noted
Julie Patterson, Comptroller
Julie has worked with Allen for eight years. She manages change orders
and accounts receivable.
Peggy Tilton, Office Manager
Peggy has worked in the residential building industry for numerous years. Peggy works with the trade contractors during the bidding process and helps coordinate client selections.
Jessie Tedder, Accounts Payable
Jessie is the newest addition to the Allen Patterson Residential team. She handles accounts payable and payroll.
